Care Coordinators are the backbone of our practice. You'll be responsible for ensuring every client has a seamless experience — from their first phone call through their entire treatment journey. You'll manage scheduling, handle patient communication, coordinate care between providers, and ensure follow-ups happen on time.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, empathetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll be the voice of Nafs Wellcare for many of our clients, setting the tone for their experience with us.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail. Experience in healthcare administration is preferred. Familiarity with practice management software is a plus. Empathy and patience when dealing with clients in distress.
